October 29th – 31st
We are pleased to invite you to the next IGS Nordic Branch Meeting in Copenhagen, Denmark. The meeting will take place October 29 – 31 from noon to noon at the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland, centrally located in beautiful Copenhagen.
The meeting, hosted by Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland with support from the Technical University of Denmark, University of Copenhagen and the Danish Meteorological Institute, will provide an excellent opportunity for scientists and students in glaciology and related topics to present their most recent results in a relaxed and informal setting. We are also inviting participants to join a short field excursion on Friday afternoon, October 31, focused on how Copenhagen prepares for sea-level rise and increased risk of storm surges.
